A personal statement not to exceed two single-spaced typewritten pages in length that connects to one\'s perspective and/or experience on urban educational and social issues, three letters of recommendation, and transcripts from all post-secondary institutions of attendance.\xc2\xa0 Interviews may be necessary when additional information is needed. Prior professional experience or coursework in education is not required.
