Academic Requirements

A registered nurse, midwife, health visitor, physiotherapist or paramedic educated to at least degree level. Candidates must have a minimum of three years, fulltime, post-registration experience (or equivalent part-time) and be in current employment. APEL will also be considered.

  • The British Council\xc2\xb4s International English Language Testing Service (IELTS) with an average overall
    score of 6.0 for undergraduate study and 6.5 for postgraduate study
  • TOEFL minimum score for undergraduate of 550 paper based, 213 CBT or 79-80 IBT / for Postgraduate a minimum score of 575 paper based, 233 CBT or 90-91 IBT
  • UCLES/ Cambridge CAE or computer-based 232
