About This Scholarship
Ashoka is the world's largest network of social entrepreneurs, having elected over 3,800 Ashoka Fellows from 93 countries. Ashoka Fellows receive financial support for 3 years to allow them to dedicate full-time effort to their social innovations. The stipend is adjusted to local standards of living. More importantly, fellows receive access to Ashoka's network, business development support, and a global platform for their social innovations. Ashoka focuses on system-level change and elects fellows whose ideas have the potential to fundamentally transform entire sectors.
