About This Scholarship
The Government of Cambodia administers the Cambodia Scholarship Programme for outstanding Cambodian students to study at overseas universities in Japan, China, Vietnam, Thailand, Australia, and Europe. The Hun Sen Scholarship provides awards at Cambodian universities for underprivileged students. The Japan-Cambodia bilateral scholarship (MEXT) is the largest bilateral education programme in Cambodia. Donors including ADB, World Bank, and the EU have provided significant scholarship support through Cambodian universities.
