About This Scholarship
The Natural Environment Research Council (NERC) funds Doctoral Training Partnerships for environmental and earth sciences research at UK universities. NERC DTP studentships fund 3.5-4 years of environmental science research covering topics from atmospheric chemistry and climate change to ocean ecology and geomorphology. NERC is the UK's funder of environmental science research and NERC DTP graduates go on to lead climate policy and environmental management.
