About This Scholarship
The Research Council of Norway funds international research fellowships through bilateral programmes with the US (Fulbright Norway), UK, EU, and other countries. Norwegian researchers can receive support to work abroad and international researchers can access funding to work in Norway. Priority research areas include petroleum, marine, climate, and ICT which are aligned with Norway's national research priorities.
