About This Scholarship
The Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Education offer scholarships to citizens of non-EU countries under bilateral agreements, as well as to Romanian diaspora. Scholarships cover tuition fees at Romanian state universities and provide monthly stipends.
