About This Scholarship
The Secretariat for Central American Integration coordinates scholarship exchanges among its member states (Guatemala, Belize, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, and Dominican Republic). SICA scholarships support mobility between Central American universities and facilitate access to bilateral scholarships from Spain, the EU, and the US under the Central American cooperation framework.
