About This Scholarship
The Naval ROTC scholarship covers full tuition at any NROTC host or consortium university. Recipients receive a uniform allowance, monthly stipend, and annual book allowance. Scholars pursue naval science alongside their academic major and participate in summer training cruises. Navy ROTC graduates commission as Ensigns or Marine Second Lieutenants and enter careers in surface warfare, aviation, submarines, or the Marine Corps. A Marine Corps Option is available for those specifically seeking Marine commissioning. Approximately 1,700 scholarships are awarded annually.
