The S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Competition is an annual global competition for chefs under 30, conducted across 13 geographic areas and culminating in a Grand Finale with a $15,000 prize and global recognition. Young chefs are mentored by three world-class culinary legends (the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Mentors) and gain access to a global network of culinary professionals. The competition has launched the careers of numerous successful chefs now heading their own acclaimed restaurants. Each finalist also receives mentorship, networking access, and professional development opportunities.
