Pacific Islands
The Pacific Islands Forum Scholarship Programme supports students from Pacific Island Forum member states to access tertiary education opportunities across the Pacific region and beyond. Scholarships cover undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in development-relevant disciplines including governance, public health, engineering, education, and agriculture. The programme prioritises students from smaller Pacific Island nations with limited domestic tertiary education capacity such as Kiribati, Nauru, Tuvalu, Palau, and the Marshall Islands. The Forum's 18 member states include Australia and New Zealand as major donors to the scholarship pool.
