About This Scholarship

The DAFI programme is jointly administered by UNHCR and the German government and provides scholarships for refugees to pursue undergraduate degrees in their countries of asylum. Scholarships cover tuition fees, living costs, and materials. DAFI supports refugees who have demonstrated academic potential but cannot afford higher education. The programme has supported over 25,000 refugees in over 50 countries since its founding in 1992.
