About This Scholarship

The Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe offers junior professional positions and associate officer placements for graduates from OSCE participating states. Young professionals work on conflict prevention, election monitoring, human rights, and arms control across the OSCE's 57 participating states. The programme builds the next generation of multilateral security professionals.
