3. Account Registration and User Types

Our Platform offers three types of user accounts:

• Student Account: For individuals seeking educational opportunities.
• University Admin Account: For representatives of educational institutions who manage their institution's profile and program listings.
• Recruiter Account: For representatives of educational institutions focused on student recruitment.

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Create only one account per user type
• Provide accurate contact information and update it when necessary
• Protect your password and not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

University Admin and Recruiter accounts must use official university email domains. We reserve the right to verify your affiliation with the institution you claim to represent.

4. User Conduct

As a user of our Platform, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Use the Platform for any commercial solicitation purposes without our prior written consent
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their explicit consent
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to collect information from our Platform

5. Intellectual Property Rights

University Admins and Recruiters are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide about their institutions and programs is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

9. Third-Party Links

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
