Admission Requirements
Academic Requirements
Admission for students with a Dutch university Bachelor\'s diploma
In order to get admission to this Masters programme you will need a completed Bachelors degree in Mathematics from any Dutch university (this does not include a Bachelors from a University of Applied Science, in Dutch HBO).
Admission requirements for international students
The Examination Board will determine if an international student has the required mathematical knowledge to be admitted. The Examination Board will also indicate if the student is required to follow specific courses from the Bachelor\'s programme to eliminate possible deficiencies.
We expect students to have passed core mathematics courses during their Bachelors in:
- Basic notions in Mathematics
- Linear Algebra
- Algebra

- Geometry
- Differential Equations
- A TOEFL score of >=575 (paper based) or >=90 (internet based)
- An IELTS score of >=6.5
- Cambridge Certificate of Advanced English (CAE) or Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE) with a mark of C or higher
English Proficiency: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
