Academic Requirements
In order to be considered for the Algebra, Geometry and Number Theory master\xc2\x92s programme, you should possess a BSc degree in Mathematics or a BSc major in Mathematics, obtained at a Dutch university. Students holding such a degree will directly be admitted to the programme.
For all other candidates, including those with a higher professional education (HBO) degree in a related field of science, an Admission Committee will judge the equivalence of their previous training to this Bachelor of Science degree. The choice in optional courses in the Master of Science programme may be limited by the need to adapt the programme to the actual knowledge of the candidate.\xc2\xa0

You also need to provide:
- Proof of proficiency in\xc2\xa0Dutch
- Proof of sufficient proficiency in English:\xc2\xa0IELTS\xc2\xa0test level of at least 6.0 or\xc2\xa0TOEFL\xc2\xa0score of at least 550/213, evidenced by an\xc2\xa0appropriate test.\xc2\xa0
