\nPrevious education: The Master\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99s programme Ancient Studies is open to all students with a Bachelor\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99s diploma from the UvA or the VU, or a recognised equivalent from another accredited university in:\n- Greek and Latin language and culture\n- Latin language and culture\n- Ancient Studies (VU)\n- History*\n- Archaeology*\n* Only if your Bachelor\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99s programme has adequately dealt with Mediterranean Archaeology and/or Ancient History. Except for scrutinising the content of your Bachelor\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99s, the Examinations Board will also consider your study results and reasons for wanting to participate.\nThe level of the Bachelor\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99s diploma from a foreign higher education institution must be equal to three years of Dutch university education (to be judged by the Examinations Board).
