The Digital Marketing (MDM) at ESIC Business & Marketing School is a Master programme in Business & Management over 10 months, delivered Hybrid. This programme equips graduates with advanced knowledge and practical skills for professional and academic careers in the field.

- Pre-work before each session. If the teacher considers it necessary, he/she will hand out content before each session so that students can revise and prepare it as the basis of traditional classroom sessions.
- Meetings with entrepreneurs #ICEMDemprendedores. In these meetings, different professional entrepreneurs will share their experience and advice. These meetings will take place on weekdays from 18:30 to 20:30.
- Skills Workshops. There will be three workshops throughout the course: Personal Branding 2.0, Digital Entrepreneurs and Effective Presentations.
- Live Xperience Masterclasses: sessions on important strategies taught by relevant, outstanding professionals. Attendance will be free for Master students.
- Competitive Advantage Workshop : This innovative workshop features a practical methodology which will make students think and work in small groups. Due to their schedule (5 or 8 hours), the se workshops will take place during weekdays, in the morning or in the afternoon. Master students will have special conditions to attend.
- Professional Update: These update sessions are aimed towards former students or those who do not have the subject in their courses. These sessions will show the latest innovations of the essential marketing disciplines: digital marketing, relational, mobile marketing, e-commerce, social networks and contact centres. They will be taught by the best teachers in ICEMD. Sessions will last for five hours and attendance will be free for Master students , although we advise you to attend only those sessions which are not part of your master.
- Sessions on Marketing Basics. There will be a session on the foundations of marketing strategy and an intensive online course on the foundations of digital marketing.
- Online tutorials. These will be very valuable for your future career. You will be able to create your own blog in ICEMD, as well as your digital profile.
- Real company projects The Master is divided into six modules. In each module, students will work in groups to develop a Module Project , putting into practice the skills they have learnt . The projects are based on briefings from real companies, with real-world challenges. Each module will include two tutorials in which the module advisor will work with the groups to aid in the progress and some aspects of the projects. After each module, the groups will present their projects to a panel of professionals.
- Exam in each module: After every module, students will have a multiple-choice exam in order to test what they have learnt.
- Research project in white paper format or as a blog: to complete the master, each student will be required to submit a research project about a topic of his /her interest that is related to the master. The research project can be presented in two formats: in white paper format or as a blog through the ICEMD Blogs Platform. If it is your first time using blogs, you will be taught how to create one, share it and obtain the maximum return . It will be your blog. In addition, you will have an advisor who will guide you on your research project or blog.
Admission Requirements
Academic Requirements
As places on the programme are limited, candidates are encouraged to submit their application packages early in the academic year, ideally 6 to 9 months before the start of the programme. The admission process is rigorous and only complete applications areassessed.
The complete application package should be sent to ESIC in order to start the admission process.
Along with this form applicants need to submit:
- Copy of the passport,
- Two passport-sized photos,
- CV,
- A degree transcript giving final degree result and breakdown of individual subjects and grades (inEnglish or Spanish).
Copies should be authenticated/notarised,
- GMAT scores. Applicants not in possession of GMAT scores will be invited to take a skills and knowledge examination developed by ESIC,
- Proof of command of the English language, mainly IELTS or TOEFL IBT results (minimum 6.5 and 95 respectively).
Applicants not in possession of any of these proofs can do a language test at ESIC (please arrange this with the admissions office), and
- Two reference letters. These letters are expected to make explicit references to the applicants potential to develop a professional career in business and to pursue Masters level studies.The key criteria are past professional and academic performance, suitability for the programme, and referee statements
