- A minimum of two years full time equivalent (FTE) as a registered nurse in a specified clinical field AND two years of current advanced practice in this same clinical field (total of 4 years).

- Completed form providing evidence of advanced practice and confirmation that you currently have access to sufficient direct client care to meet the clinical requirements for the program
- Two completed clinical supervisor nomination forms
