- hold a masters degree in Biomedical and Health Informatics or a related area such as Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Health Sciences, Business Administration, Nursing or should have an MD (exceptionally strong candidates with only a Bachelors degree in a related area will also be considered for admission)
- provide at least two letters of recommendation that attest to academic or professional qualifications
- include a brief statement that identifies the preferred track
- submit scores from either the GRE (general), GMAT, or MCAT taken within the past five years
