Applicants should either have at least a second class honours degree in the cognate subject of Housing, Health, Geography, Planning, Social Sciences or a professionally orientated subject of Teaching, Environmental Health or Community Work or similarly related subject; or at least a second class honours degree in a non-cognate subject with knowledge of housing, or significant practical work experience of housing, planning, and community development, or professional practice relating to the built environment and neighbourhood well-being. Non-standard entry may require intervention by the Course Team; an interview or to write an essay.
