Program Curriculum
Course Structure
- Professional Diploma in Housing Management awarded by the HKU School of Professional and Continuing Education and possession of at least five years' work experience in the housing field;
- Full membership of the Hong Kong Institute of Housing (MHKIH) and possession of at least five years' work experience in the housing field (at least two of which must be post-qualification);
- Chartered membership of the Chartered Institute of Housing (MCIH) and possession of at least five years' work experience in the housing field (at least two of which must be post-qualification).
