- Non-graduates will be considered if they have substantial experience at senior level in a housing or housing-related organisation. They will be interviewed by the Course Director on application.

- 2:2 UK Honours degree in a relevant subject; or
- 2:2 in any subject with substantial housing or other relevant experience

- We welcome equivalent qualifications from around the world. English language qualifications for international students: IELTS score of 6.5 or Cambridge Proficiency or Advanced Grade C.
