- Context of Housing: in this module you will analyse the role of housing organisations within a wider explanation of the social, political and economic context as well as within a broad explanation of the legal framework and governance structures.
- Housing Organisations: seeks to develop business management concepts and techniques by looking at customer services, managing staff, finance and value for money, collaborative working, leadership, ethics and professionalism.

To be considered for admission to this programme applicants should normally:
\xc2\x95 have completed a first degree
and
\xc2\x95 be working in either a paid or voluntary capacity inhousing.
Applicants with other relevant qualifications and experience or are fully qualified as a member of another professional body may be admitted onto the programme at the discretion of the University\xc2\x92s Programme Leader.
There are no opportunities on this programme of study to apply for Recognised Prior Learning (RPL) or Recognised Prior Experiential Learning (RPEL).
Applications are welcomed for individual modules which can be taken as standalone for continuing professional development, however, both modules have to be successfully attained for CIHCM.
You will be asked to provide evidence of your qualifications and your experience of working in the housing sector as part of the application process.
