Admission Requirements
Academic Requirements
A degree or an equivalent postgraduate qualification from a UK institution of higher education.
Some relevant business experience and currently working in an HR environment.
Mature students who lack the formal entry qualifications but who have at least five years senior management experience and who can show that they can benefit are welcome to apply.
Accreditation of Prior Learning (APL) may be awarded for the three Leadership and Management modules (year one, semester 1). In addition, you must be eligible for `advanced standing´ with respect to the CIPD´s Professional Development Scheme, in order to be eligible for Graduateship of CIPD on completion of the MSc in HRM.
English Proficiency: IELTS 6 or equivalent.
