- Entrepreneurial Finance and Financial Management examines issues relevant to start-up organisations as well as financial management for developing businesses. You will focus on financial and management accounting, corporate finance, pricing strategies, legal obligations and taxation issues.
- Strategic Management explores strategic management concepts and frameworks with key theoretical approaches to challenge convention in the field. You will learn about perspectives on strategy, performance objectives, strategic innovation and managing strategic change.
- Business Creation and Innovation will introduce entrepreneurialism and enterprise skills as well as approaches to creating and running a new venture. This module covers innovation strategies, management skills and business creation processes. You will also have the chance to develop a business plan for a new venture and present to a panel of business people.
- Leadership and Talent Management looks at issues facing contemporary business in terms of leading, managing and developing talent. This module introduces people management skills and explores leadership, organisational culture and relevant national cultures, as well as methods of attracting talent.
- Creative Technologies focuses on leading digital technologies and impact on the creative industries, providing an understanding of current possibilities and what may be possible in the future. This module will explore the context of digital cultures, convergence and pervasive media, interactive technologies, audiences, collaborative practice and commissioning and curating digital work.
- Introduction to the Creative Industries considers the impact of the creative and design industries and the future influence of technological innovations. You will explore the relationship between creativity, innovation and design, the creative economy, challenges and opportunities in the sector, integrated digital life, design management and global creative leadership.
- Integrated Brand Management covers brand design, sensory and emotional branding and historical, social and financial contexts. You will explore brand anatomy, audience, narrative and engagement, as well as looking at brand management in practice through brand creation and strategy in national and international settings.
- The Business of the Performing Arts will provide an understanding of the business models that support the performing arts, focusing on theatre, music and musical theatre. You will analyse the conditions necessary for a performing arts business to succeed and evaluate the sustainability of performing arts organisations.
- Creative Research Methods provides an overview of the history of creative research methods, the theories of ethics and explores critical, creative thinking and planning considerations. You will cover research planning, literature reviews, analysis discourse and writing for research purposes.
- Dissertation involves research informed by a critical discussion, relevant issues and evidence. You will evaluate research methods available, identify and critically review literature, analyse information and draw conclusions relevant to a critical area.
- Executive In-Company Project offers an opportunity to complete a practical management project in the workplace, so you can link theory to practice and develop practical skills for leadership. You will research a management issue provided by a sponsoring organisation, supported by both academic and work-based supervisors, while engaging with the business world.

You should hold a good Honours degree, or overseas equivalent, in any subject.
English Language requirements
Applicants are required to have gained an IELTS score of 6.5 or a Cambridge Proficiency Certificate grade B or above.
Exemptions from providing evidence of English language proficiency may arise if an applicant has gained an undergraduate degree from a UK university, or gained their undergraduate degree from a non-UK but English language medium recognised university, or completed a UK professional body programme of study.
