The holders of a \xc2\x93licenciado\xc2\x94 degree or legal equivalent, the holders of a foreign bachelor academic degree, and the holders of a relevant academic, scientific or professional curriculum vitae, may apply to the 2nd cycle of studies, as stated in the description of the Portuguese Higher Education System.
