Program Overview
The Life Sciences at University of Applied Sciences and Arts Western Switzerland is a MSc programme in Arts & Design over 18 months, delivered On-campus. This programme equips graduates with advanced knowledge and practical skills for professional and academic careers in the field.

Program Curriculum
Course Structure
- Central modules related to Entrepreneurial Skills (3 x 4 ECTS credits; one-week blocks in Spiez) and to Advanced Life Science Skills
- (6 x 3 credits; in Bern, for 3 consecutive Thursdays and Fridays);
- Specialisation Skills related to the particular majors (5 x 4 credits; each major module is 1 day either on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday and held in one semester); and the
- Master\x92s project including the Research Proposal & Bibliography
- (4 credits), a major project (6 ECTS credits), and the Master\x92s Thesis itself (30 credits; full-time in the last semester).

Ils doivent aussi attester qu\xc2\x92ils ont contract\xc3\xa9 une assurance maladie et qu\xc2\x92ils sont en mesure de subvenir financi\xc3\xa8rement \xc3\xa0 leurs besoins. Ils doivent prouver qu\xc2\x92ils sont en Suisse pour y accomplir des \xc3\xa9tudes et qu\xc2\x92ils sont effectivement inscrits dans une universit\xc3\xa9 ou une haute \xc3\xa9cole reconnue. Le permis de s\xc3\xa9jour sera \xc3\xa9mis pour un an et prolong\xc3\xa9 chaque ann\xc3\xa9e jusqu\xc2\x92\xc3\xa0 la fin des \xc3\xa9tudes. Les \xc3\xa9tudiants ont le droit de travailler, mais pas plus de 15 heures par semaine.
