Program Curriculum
Course Structure
- Central modules related to Entrepreneurial Skills (3 x 4 ECTS credits; one-week blocks in Spiez) and to Advanced Life Science Skills
- (6 x 3 credits; in Bern, for 3 consecutive Thursdays and Fridays);
- Specialisation Skills related to the particular majors (5 x 4 credits; each major module is 1 day either on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday and held in one semester); and the
- Masters project including the Research Proposal & Bibliography
- (4 credits), a major project (6 ECTS credits), and the Masters Thesis itself (30 credits; full-time in the last semester).

Academic Requirements
Les étudiantes et étudiants issus de lUnion européenne ou de lAssociation européenne de libre- échange doivent sannoncer dans un délai de 14 jours après leur arrivée en Suisse auprès des autorités locales de contrôle de la population afin dobtenir leurs permis de séjour.
Ils doivent aussi attester quils ont contracté une assurance maladie et quils sont en mesure de subvenir financièrement à leurs besoins. Ils doivent prouver quils sont en Suisse pour y accomplir des études et quils sont effectivement inscrits dans une université ou une haute école reconnue. Le permis de séjour sera émis pour un an et prolongé chaque année jusquà la fin des études. Les étudiants ont le droit de travailler, mais pas plus de 15 heures par semaine.
Au-delà, ils sont considérés comme imposables et doivent obtenir un permis de séjour correspondant à leur situation. Les époux et épouses de personnes étudiant en Suisse, de même que leurs enfants à charge, ont le droit de séjourner en Suisse, mais ne sont pas autorisés à y travailler.
