Admission Requirements
Academic Requirements
1.Applicants should have an undergraduate degree in any discipline, usually with a Second Class Honors or higher, or an average grade of not lower than "B".
2.All applicants are required to take the GMAT / GRE andfor the Educational Testing Service to send their official GMAT / GRE score report to the MSc in Management of Real Estate and Hospitality Assests Program office (GMAT institution code: R9H-OW-11; GRE institution/department code: R3153_4208). For 2016-2017 admission, GMAT / GRE score taken before January 2012 will not be considered. Online registration details of GMAT: http://www.mba.com/mba.
3.Applicants should fulfill one of the following English Language Proficiency Requirements of the University before admitted to the Program:
- a pass in English of HKALE, or HKHLE, or CUHK Matriculation Exam; or
- a degree from a university in Hong Kong or an English speaking country; or
- valid official score report of TOEFL, or IELTS (Academic), or GMAT (verbal); or
- a recognized professional qualification awarded in Hong Kong or an English speaking country.
Applicants with degrees awarded by overseas universities through distance learning programs or through the completion of a curriculum of short duration are required to provide an assessment report from the Hong Kong Council of Academic Accreditation & Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ) on the level of qualification obtained.
