- This module will promote the development of skills and critical understanding relevant to those undertaking the mentor tutoring of practitioners within early childhood settings.
- This module will deepen students understanding of the role of the mentor tutor. As well as extending and enhancing their mentor tutoring skills and abilities the module will support the student in applying their skills to other aspects of quality enhancement in staff or in settings, for example staff development or performance management.
