Program Curriculum

Course Structure

  1. Students who did not attend undergraduate studies at L\x92École de design, be they French or international, are required to complete an \x93integration semester\x94, designed to assist them in adapting to their new cultural and study environment.
  2. During this semester students learn to: manage complex design projects; broaden their knowledge of the economic, social and cultural aspects of their chosen program; create and apply a methodology; and prepare their end of study project, on a subject of their choice, depending on their chosen field of study.
  3. Continuation and finalization of the end of study project. In parallel, students can participate in collaborative projects with companies and / or institutions.
  4. Four to six month internship within a company in France or abroad, as a junior designer

The Master in design (MDes) programs are open\nto students holding a Bachelor\xc2\x92s Degree in design\nor equivalent in any of the following fields:\xc2\xa0

  • Spatial design;\xc2\xa0
  • Product design;\xc2\xa0
  • Graphic design;\xc2\xa0
  • Interaction design.\xc2\xa0
Because of specific technical skills required,\nthe MDes User Experience Design / Design & Virtual\nReality is only open to students holding a Bachelor\xc2\x92s\nDegree in interaction design.\xc2\xa0

English Proficiency: IELTS 5.5 or equivalent.
