Description of selection and entrance examination process
Skype conversation with the candidates based on the content. of resumes, requested prior studies and the cover letter which have sent by the \xc2\xa0candidates before. During this conversation will be assess the suitability of the candidate\'s general, language and professional skills. Following the interviews who achieved poor performance will be filtered out, and the others would be ranking: from 0 to 100 point scale. The results will be sent to the organization who is operating SH program.
