About This Scholarship
Achievement Rewards for College Scientists (ARCS) Foundation is a national organisation providing fellowships to the most promising scientists, engineers, and medical researchers in the United States. ARCS scholarships of $5,000-$15,000 are awarded to graduate students at 47 partner universities in 15 US metro chapters. The programme was founded in 1958 and has awarded over $130 million to over 10,000 US scientists. ARCS fellows have gone on to win Nobel Prizes, National Medals of Science, and lead major US research institutions. Fellows are nominated by their graduate programmes.
