About This Scholarship
The State Programme on Education of Azerbaijani Youth Abroad funds Azerbaijani citizens to pursue higher education at foreign universities. The scholarship covers tuition fees, monthly living allowances, one return air ticket per year, and health insurance. Scholars commit to returning to Azerbaijan after graduation to serve in public institutions. Priority is given to STEM fields, medicine, economics, and law. The programme has been running since 2007.
