About This Scholarship
NORHED is Norad's (Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation) programme for capacity development in higher education and research in the global south. It funds institutional collaborations between Norwegian and developing country universities for PhD training, curriculum development, and research capacity building. NORHED primarily funds institutions rather than individuals, but generates hundreds of PhD and Master's positions.
